To develop a national policy and enabling framework that addresses sustainability throughout the entire lifecycle of construction projects, including climate change mitigation and adaptation, resource use optimization and efficiency, and biodiversity preservation. The aim is to formulate an inclusive and sustainable construction public policy in Uruguay and mobilize investments for its implementation.
