Mengsha Fu

Mengsha Fu is a Data Analyst in the Operations and Policy Division at the Global Environment Facility. She joined the GEF in 2025 from the World Bank.

Mengsha has seven years of experience in data and operational analytics, spanning the World Bank, non-governmental organizations, and the private sector. She has supported teams with data analysis, portfolio management, and reporting, translating complex data into insights that enhance operations, results measurement, and effective storytelling, particularly within climate and environmental programs.

She holds a Master of Public Policy degree from Georgetown University, specializing in environmental policy and data analytics.
